RETURNING or EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
Glorious Boutique items can be returned for free within the United States, provided your purchase meets our Returns Policy. *Shipping costs for returns originating outside the United States are charged according to zone. Design Custom Couture product may NOT be returned due to their bespoke nature. Glorious Boutique Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of receiving your order, or sale will be final. Please follow these instructions:

*IF YOUR RETURN IS GENERATED FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: Check box labeled “International Return”and you will receive an email regarding shipping charges for your zone. Return shipping costs may be deducted from product refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please select preferred size. If your size is not available and you wish to exchange for an alternate color or style please indicate your preference in the comment box provided and customer service will consider your request and contact you.

Once you click SUBMIT RETURN, we will send you an email confirming your request for return.
Carefully pack your returns including the return invoice, card inserts and original wrappings.
Affix the preprinted return label to the outside and make sure to seal the package
Drop package at any UPS drop off point.
All Glorious Boutique items are to be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging, cards, wrappings and inserts. Please note, to return an item from Glorious Boutique you must notify us through the returns option on website, within 14 days of receiving the order. Upon receiving written notice, MINK Shoes customer service will review return or exchange request and contact you with instructions.
It is recommended that shoes be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes returned without original box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
MINK Shoes is unable to accept returns for Design Custom Couture product. Design Custom Couture product cannot be cancelled once payment is accepted.
We ask that you use our UPS collection service to return all items back to us, MINK Shoes is not liable for any goods that are not returned in this way. Your returns pro forma should be included with all returns.
We ask that items are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. This is to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and with all tags, inserts included. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes. Quality control will review the item and if it does not meet these requirements the item may be shipped back to you at your cost.
