SHIPPING, DUTY AND TAX

All Glorious Shop orders are sent out for shipment via UPS. At checkout, you will be able to select the method and speed in which your order is to be shipped. Please bear in mind that UPS is a third party carrier and MINK Shoes assumes no liability should your package not arrive according to the UPS guidelines associated with each shipping method. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number and any inquiries regarding your shipment during transit should be directed to UPS.

MINK Shoes insures your parcel during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for every delivery. Once delivery is complete, responsibility for the goods is passed to the consignee.

If your order is to be shipped within the USA, sales tax may be charged on orders. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.

International orders: You may be subject to tax or duty pursuant for imported goods upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office for duty and tax requirements.

DESIGN CUSTOM COUTURE

Custom Couture items have an estimated delivery time of 12 weeks, are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items ordered.

*Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

TAXES AND DUTY

MINK Shoes ships to the following countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties/customs taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price:

  • Canada
  • Puerto Rico
  • United States

Any local sales taxes applicable will be added at the checkout page.
We also ship to various other countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order. We recommend you make inquiries of your local customs authority for any charges that may apply on your imported goods.
